If you are not satisfied with a delivered item, you can return your order via our returns portal for review.
In order to facilitate the return process and for the fastest possible processing of your return, please note the following points:
- contact us in advance by phone or email BEFORE you send something back to us with a detailed description of the error / problem / return.
- Our customer service team will begin your process and you will immediately receive an RMA number and an RMA form with your printed request
- print out these documents and enclose them with your return
- Please write the RMA number on the outside of the packaging in a large and clear manner
- Please always return the goods in the manufacturers original packing
Pre-paid return with DHL
- Please choose your country below and you will be automatically forwarded to the DHL returns portal. Here you can print a pre-paid parcel stamp for your return. After you've printed out the DHL label, just stick it on the package and drop it off at a DHL post office of your choice. There are no additional costs for you.
